W+WP is comprised of experienced professionals with a diversity of experience and backgrounds in sales, marketing, business operations, strategic planning, human resources, behavioral science, organization development and leadership. We have done this work for a long time for many clients – individuals and organizations.

We are unapologetically collaborative. We work with our clients to understand, refine and achieve their goals and objectives. We likely invest more time and energy upfront in project design than most firms, but experience has convinced us that the investment is worth it and invariably leads to better outcomes.

We are pretty good communicators and we could write a lot more about ourselves here. We’ve found, though, the best way to decide if we should work together is to actually meet by phone or in person to explore the possibilities.
